Terms and Conditions
SUBJECT OF THE RULES
- The owner of La Jura and the websitewww.lajura.pl: MAGNUM Marek Nowakowski, Błogie Rządowe 54A, 26-341 Mniszków, NIP: 7681835346.
- In these terms and conditions, the property owner is referred to as the “Landlord,” and the person making the reservation is referred to as the “Guest.”
- These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules governing the provision of services, liability, and the use of the premises, and constitute an integral part of the agreement, which is entered into upon payment of a deposit or the full amount due for the stay at the facility. By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
- These rules apply to all guests on the premises. The rules are available on the website www.lajura.pl
RESERVATION POLICY
- You can book your stay through the reservation system on the website www.lajura.pl under the “Reservation” tab, or by calling the phone number listed on the website.
- Your reservation will be confirmed once a deposit of at least 30% has been received.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you have chosen to pay the full cost of your stay in advance, 30% of that amount will be treated as a deposit under the terms described above, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.
- If there are fewer than 30 days remaining until your stay at the time of booking, you must pay the full amount due for your stay.
- If you cancel 30 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable. In such cases, you may transfer the reservation to another person after notifying the Landlord in advance.
- Payments can be made directly to the company’s bank account, which can be found under the “Contact” tab, as well as by credit card or online bank transfer.
- Credit card and e-transfer transactions are processed through Przelewy24.
- The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation. If payment is not received, the reservation may be canceled.
- We operate in accordance with the Act on the Terms and Conditions for Concluding and Terminating Contracts for the Provision of Electronic Services (Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended)).
11. If the stay is to be billed via a VAT invoice (with a Tax ID), the invoice details must be provided at the time of booking. Providing the details at a later date does not guarantee the issuance of a VAT invoice for a business (with a Tax ID). - To make a reservation, you must accept the terms and conditions and provide the personal information marked as required.
NIGHTLY RATE
- The 24-hour period begins at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.
- The guest checks in to the selected cottage on their own using the code sent electronically by the “Landlord.”
- If the stay is cut short for reasons beyond the Landlord’s control, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the guest from staying, the landlord may cancel the reservation and refund 100% of the amount paid.
TERMS OF STAY
- After checking into the cottage, please ensure that all appliances and equipment are in working order and complete, and report any malfunctions, concerns, or missing items to the Landlord by phone immediately. If a malfunction is not reported at the time of check-in, the Guest may be held financially liable for such equipment.
- In the event of damage to the cottage’s equipment or furnishings, or damage caused on the premises, the Guest is required to immediately notify the Landlord of the damage and may be charged for repairs resulting from their own fault or that of their visitors.
- In the event of damage or soiling caused by the Guest’s stay that requires additional carpet cleaning or thorough cleaning of the furnishings, a special fee will be charged based on the costs incurred by La Jura for the carpet cleaning or thorough cleaning of the furnishings.
- A curfew is in effect at La Jura from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other tobacco products is prohibited inside the cabins. If the smell of smoke is detected, the guest will be charged 300 PLN. Smoking is permitted outside the cabins, in the designated smoking area. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays located outside.
- The landlord is not responsible for any items left in the cottages.
- The landlord is not responsible for any equipment left outside (bicycles, sports equipment, scooters, etc.).
- Guests at La Jura can use the free, unguarded parking lot next to the building. The property owner is not liable for any damage to vehicles or loss of items left inside them.
STAYING WITH CHILDREN
- Children under 3 stay for free.
- The cost for children aged 3–10 is 50% of the per-person rate, calculated based on the total number of guests.
- The cost for children aged 10–15 is 70% of the per-person rate, based on the total number of guests.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children in their care.
- Children may only use the stairs and remain there under the supervision and responsibility of their guardian.
- A travel crib is available free of charge. Please request one when making your reservation.
STAYING WITH PETS
- Pets are welcome at La Jura. One pet stays free of charge. A one-time fee of 50 PLN applies for each additional pet. The owner is responsible for their pet and may not leave it unattended on the premises of La Jura. Dogs and cats should have their own bed; please do not allow your pet on the bed or in the armchair.
- Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and dispose of the waste in outdoor trash bins.
- The owner is responsible for their pet and may be required to cover the costs of repairing any damage it causes.
